This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: Terms & Conditions.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders purchased over $65 after applied discounts/coupons/vouchers/rebates and pre tax. Purchaser must be registered and signed in. Offer applies to standard shipping to one location in the contiguous U.S.. Shipping offer does not apply to prior purchases. Shipping offer does not apply to free gifts if applicable. If qualified for a free gift, you will receive an email within 48 hours informing you of applicable shipping costs for the free gift, at which time you have the opportunity to accept the charges for the shipping of the free gift, or deny the charges and free gift. Due to size and/or weight, certain items bear a shipping surcharge, which will still apply.

Standard Shipping

  • Standard shipping is offered at rates subject to weight and carrier fees.

Expedited Shipping

  • Expedited shipping is offered at rates subject to weight and carrier fees.

If you select a standard or expedited shipping, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. We generally ship within 72 hours of order completion. Once shipped, package arrival time is strictly subject to the carrier and weather and you should contact the carrier if there is any delay and provide them with the tracking number you receive once the item has been shipped.
